Magna Home Health Care, Inc. is a licensed Medicare and Medicaid certified Home Health Agency. We are owned, managed and operated by a team of health care management professionals. We have a contract with the Oklahoma State Department of Human Services to provide nursing and rehabilitation services. We have a staff mix of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. Our services include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Social Services, and more.

The goal of ADvantage is to keep you as independent as possible in your own home. For many, ADvantage is a good alternative to other long-term care options like nursing homes. Nearly 50,000 Oklahomans have received ADvantage in-home care. Your ADvantage Case Manager will guide you through the program step-by-step. Your Case Manager is an important part of your planning team along with you, family members, friends and any organizations you consider capable. Your Case Manager will help you select services needed to keep you safe at home as well as who will provide these services.
